The countdown is on 3 and a half weeks to go!
Make sure you save the date for Saturday 30 March 2019, 12.30pm – 8.30pm to join us for the Tintern Grammar 2019 Giant Fair!
There will be rides and activities for children of all ages, sensational show bags, art and craft activities, the School’s farm animals, music and entertainment, and much more!

Advertising: Do you live on a main road in the Maroondah/Yarra Valley area? Would you be willing to display an advertising sign in your front yard to help promote our Fair? If so, please get in contact Fair@tintern.vic.edu.au
Are you Spring Cleaning? Our parents and students will be running ‘recycling/reusing/upcycling’ stalls featuring second-hand clothing, books and toys. Please consider donating any suitable items to the school and spreading the word amongst neighbours and friends. In the past they have been fabulous fundraisers, and an opportunity to find some rare and wonderful bargains. We ask that all donations are in a good clean condition ready for sale. All items can be boxed or bagged up and dropped off at the old boarding house (behind the uniform shop).
Sponsorship and Donations: Many of our Alumni have already sponsored or donated to the Fair. If you are considering sponsoring the Fair by donating goods or services that we can use as a prize or can be sold as part of one of the Auctions or raffles we hold, please contact Di or Tegan in Community Relations on 9845 7877 or by email to communityrelations@tintern.vic.edu.au.
All donations are acknowledged and there are a variety of packages available for larger donations, for example, sponsorship of the car raffle, fireworks or one of the attractions/ride would include naming rights of the sponsored attraction, significant signage and more. Our sponsorship package can be found here for your information.
Alumni guided walk around the grounds: We understand this may have been the first time back on site for some of our past students, so we will be offering an alumni tour of the School at 3.00pm. Please register your interest here: https://www.trybooking.com/BBHZN. We hope to see you at the FAIR.
